Registration/Medical Release FormTo register for classes- please turn in registration/medical release form along with a $25 registration fee and first and last month tuition. You can mail in registration form or drop by studio during office hours.

Placement:
Placement is determined by students age, maturity, behavior, attitude, technique and commitment to dance. Since dance is a physical activity, safe progression of each student is a priority. Students will not be moved up unless instructor and owner feel that it is safe for them to do so.
All new students to Dance-N-Groove must enroll in a level 1 class for a one month evaluation. Due to variations among studios, teachers and teaching styles this allows us to correctly and safely evaluate each student and place them in a class that would most benefit him/her. All students enrolled in any higher level classes must have the approval of Dance-N-Groove owner.
