I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and are excited for the Christmas season ahead. Thanks to everyone who brought items or boxes for Operation Christmas Child. We were able to fill 17 boxes.
Don't forget Parent Observation week is the last week before Christmas break?December 14-17. Come see what your child has learned. We will also be measuring for costumes during this week.
As colder weather approaches we would like our students to stay healthy. Students need to wear cover-ups to and from dance class (jacket or pants). Students also need to arrive on time for dance class as the first 5 minutes of class is vital to warm-up muscles to prevent injury. Starting in January, students who arrive more than 10 minutes late will have to sit out in class in order to prevent injury. Students are also encouraged to wear long sleeve leotards on really cold days to help keep muscles warm.
Don't forget about Parent's Day Out on Saturday December 5th from 9am- 1pm. This is open to all Dance-N-Groove students, siblings and friends age 2-12. Let your students come to Dance-N-Groove for a day of games, crafts and a pizza lunch while you go Christmas Shopping with Santa. Pick up a flyer from the studio or here online for more information. Don't forget to tell your friends.
Costume Deposits are due no later than December 11th. Costumes will not be ordered until costume deposit is recieved. Payment recieved after the 11th will incur the $15 late charge. Costume deposits are half the total costume cost. See newsletter or policies for exact cost.
