- What classes do you offer?

- How much are classes?
Class Tuition is based on how many hours a student/family is taking at Dance-N-Groove in a week. Tuition covers our 40 week year and is broken down into 10 monthly installments due by the 7th of the month. Click here for our tuition prices: www.dancengroove.com/tuitionBack to top
- How do I register for classes?
To register the Dance-N-Groove office must receive a registration form and $25 registration fee to reserve a spot in class. You may come in during office hours or open house. You can also download a registration form and mail in. Back to top
- What is my child expected to wear to class?
All students under 18 enrolled in a dance class must wear a leotard, tights and required dance shoes. Dance wear may be purchased through Dance-N-Groove, Dorothy's Dance Shop in Round Rock or online at Curtain Call for Class. Back to top
- I want to start taking classes; what class would my child/I be in?
Class placement is determined by age, ability, behavior, and comprehension of skills. Students are first divided by age then placed in a level that will most benefit him/her. All new students must enroll in a level one class for their age group for a one month evaluation. Due to variations among studios, teachers and teaching styles this allows us to correctly evaluate each student and place them in a safe class that would most benefit him/her. Safe progression is our main priority at Dance-N-Groove therefore Ms Kirstin has the final say in what class students are placed in. Back to top
- Is it too late to start classes?
No, It is not too late to start classes. We currently don't offer any summer classes but our fall classes begin August 29, 2011. Students may enroll and start classes at anytime. However we encourage you to register early as some classes fill up. Students starting after February 1st will not be allowed to participate in the end of year show. - Do you have a recital?
Every year we hold an annual end-of-year show that allows all students a chance to perform on a real stage for family and friends. Each class does 1-2 routines in the style they learned during the year. Students participating in the end-of-year show will be required to puchase costume(s). We do hold fundraisers to help reduce the cost of costumes. The 2012 Show date will be annunced in August. It is usually held on a Saturday in June at 7pm at the Hutto ISD Performing Arts Center.Back to top
- Where are you located?
We are moving! 2011-12 Fall classes will begin in our new location at 2351 Limmer Loop, Hutto, Texas. Directions to our new location from our old location at 80 Mager Lane: Take Mager Lane to FM 1660 North and turn right. At the light turn left onto Limmer Loop. Our New Location will be on the right across from the Catholic Church. Back to top
